Last night I listed two different skirts and a box of girls size 4 clothes. Here is a success story from this week. I listed a dog bed that my dog doesn't use. My dh paid about .50 for it a few months ago at a yard sale in like new condition. It sold yesterday for $13.50! Yeah!!! Tonight I will list some infant girls clothes and my mystery box!! I am so excited about that one!

I just sold a souvenir shirt to someone without a confirmed address. I forgot to mention that in the auction. But he has like 118 feedback and it's all positive so I'm gunna stick my neck out again. Next I'll be selling a ring.

What kind of ring? Have you ever sold fine jewelry? My MIL wanted me to list her old wedding ring which has a lot of diamonds in it but I was afraid to. I have heard stories of people getting the jewelry, swapping out the diamonds for fakes and then claiming you sent them a fake.

From my experience, jewelry is very hard to sell on ebay. What sells most if you have antique, estate, or diamond in the title. It's very frustrating![/b]

I'm gunna sell the ring with a starting bid of 99 cents. I just want to get experience under my belt before i start selling more seriously.
How do you put pictures in here?

If I'm not mistaken, you can't actually upload, only link to a picture already on another site.

Yep, thats what I had to do. And it wouldn't link if the pic was on katieshugs. I had to put the pic on photobucket.com and then it linked. Kind of a pain. I could look for a different message board but we would lose all our posts and have to reregister

and then the url would change, too. (i guess) But most people find this board cause they find katieshugs. i want to put a board on my site eventually so i'll keep an eye out. in the meantime i'll ask my husband how to link a pic. i'll also ask him if there's any way we could save or transfer posts.

What do you usually get out of them in the end? Is it pretty consistent or up and down?
