Hey has anyone heard of mortgage and buying solutions where they build your website for people looking for home mortgages and you make a profit off the ones that are approved.
Any info would greatly be appreciated.

Do YOU own a home? If you are going to buy a home, where will you shop for your mortgage? Are YOU going to shop for one off the website of someone who has never been in the money business?

What kinds of fees are there? There is very little information on their site. They want a name, address, and phone number

I have found out so far it is not a scam. you do have to pay money up front for your material and the website. After that you have a website for people looking to purchase a home or credit restoration and your site provides them with the application process and for everyone that is approved through them and ( they go through many loan institutions) you make a income off the approved loan. I been in contact with several people so far and they have helped me . The only downfall so far is that you have to do your own advertising they do set you up with a website and domain name and send you free business cards and offer to help with your advertising for a price if you have the money it is a really good deal but like for me I did not have the money but they told me several different ways of how to advertise for free and which sites to go to. For me that was helpful because I didn't even know how to do that. But at anytime I can upgrade to their advertising package which they have several. I am going to try it anyway and see how it goes. I am waiting for my website to be up in running I just came up with my business name so they were waiting on that before they could get started you also have a monthly website fee of 19.99 but after the 1st year if you have not made your money back that you put up front like for me was $168.00 they will refund your money. So I will keep everyone informed of how it is going and who knows someone from the site my be able to use it. But that's after I have been in it for awhile.

yes I read through the link and thank you. several of them were from the same people not knowing if they should sign up or not or if they did they were scared it was a scam and are thinking of getting there money back. However there was one on there that said he loved working with them. I didn't have time to go through all of them I went through about six of them and 4 of them were from the same people not knowing if they should or shouldn't sign up so once again we shall see how it goes and I will keep everyone informed.
