Prayers Please

My friend Donna is back in the hospital.
Last week she had surgery to remove old scar tissue from her stomach. She was sent home. She was still having problems.
They discovered she has ammonia.
They are not sure why she's still having stomach problems.
They can't see any blockage.

Donna doesn't know this but her husband went to the Dr's, he has a blocked artery (90%)
in his neck and he will need surgery in the next few weeks.


I'm very worried about her, about them both.
She has told her sister , she wants me to go see her.
I'll go in a few hrs. Please, please keep her in your thoughts.

I will be praying for both of them. I hope they can find whats going on with her and that her dh gets his surgery soon! Keep us updated.

I'm putting off going.
She always go energetic.
Its just seeing someone in the hospital scares me.
They are both in their late 50's early 60's.

I'm going to go to Barnes & Noble, buy her a few books.
yet, I still sit here in my Pjs.
I wish DH wasn't at work and could go w/me.

Awww... did you go anyway? It IS so hard to see people you care about looking so helpless and fragile. Does she know about her dh yet or is she still in the hospital?

She was sent home yesterday.
I'm sure she knows about her husband by now.
The visit went ok. I think she was embrassed for me to see her not feeling so well.
