This is really good:
4 Chicken Breasts 1 lb Velveeta 1 7 oz package Spaghetti 1/2 stick of butter or margarine 1 can rotel tomatoes 1 can cream of chicken soup
Boil chicken breasts and take of bone (or cute up boneless chicken breasts after baking). Cut into cubes. Boil Spaghetti in Chicken Broth (or use Chicken Bullion). Melt the cheese and 1/2 stick of butter in pan. Add soup, rotel, and chicken. Drain spaghetti and mix in well. Put in casserole dish and cook at 350 for 15 minutes.
