Has anyone ever made a pork tenderloin in the crockpot? This is the first time I will ever be fixing one, just don't want to ruin it!

I have a number of times. It comes out really juicy. I usually put a layer of onions and carrot slices on the bottom, put the roast on top of that and season well with salt, pepper, garlic, etc and then I put half potatoes all around it. When it is done, take everything out and use the juices to make a gravy. Yummy!

that sounds soooo good! The roast that I have is a sweet hickory flavored roast, so I was thinking of doing either potatoes or rice, and will have to make a gravy with it!
