This is an easy and cheap recipe, I made it for dinner tonight and thought, I should share this!
I took a piece of leftover roast beef, there was maybe a quarter or it left and diced it into small pieces. Then I added about 5 cups of water, a can of tomato juice and half a bag of frozen mixed veggies. Salt, pepper and a little worschteshire (sp) sauce and let it simmer for a little while, just long enough to let the flavors mix is fine since everything is already cooked. I figure I made this whole pot for less than $2 and it will feed us a family of 5 for at least two meals!

My Mumm made something similar the other night. Instead of the worchestire sauce, she used two beef bullion cubes, and instead of roast beef, she used ground beef. Really good, and simple.

That sounds yummy too! I normally use beef bully (cant spell it so I will improvise) cubes too but I was out so used chicken stock and the worchestire sauce to cheat
