I am a serious steak lover I have to admit. But London Broils are inexpensive and have tons of uses. I can usually feed my entire family 2 full dinners on 1 London broil (3 kids and 2 adults) I like using it in Beef stew because the meat is leaner and you get alot more for your money than having to cut all the fat off of the stew meat that cost an arm and a leg. I can rub it down with good old Lawrys seasoning salt with a cup of water and throw it in the crock pot and it would put any pot roast to shame. Thats just a couple of the very many reasons I get the London broils. Cheap, good quality as long as you know how to cook it right lol and endless possibilities it's the new chicken!! Oh and did I mention the philly cheesesteak sandwiches to make with that as well

I just bought two yesterday! It's only the second time I've used London Broil and have to say I was impressed! The first time I used it I tried grilling it and didn't like it so much. This time.. I cut it into large chunks and boiled it for just a few hours and then threw in some thick home made noodles and beef broth and made beef noodles.
I was VERY impressed that the meat stayed SO tender. Might have to try those philly cheeseteak sandwiches with the second one. Did I mention it was buy one get one free yesterday too?

Oooh it sounds like you got yourself a good deal. I always cut mine in half before I throw them in the freezer. I grilled it before a few times but I always put about a tablespoon of vinegar in my marinade to help tenderize it but for some reason the apple cider vinegar tenderizes alot better than the regular white vinegar my really good friend from Puerto Rico told me that trick.
