PAID RESEARCH FOR MOMS WITH CHILDREN 10-12 AND FOR CHILDREN AGES 10-12
Focus Pointe, a Market Research Firm located in Chicago is conducting a PAID 2-HOUR Focus Group with Mom’s and children ages 10-12
Qualified participants will be PAID $75 for sharing their time and opinions in a two-hour round-table discussion at our convenient Chicago location. Refreshments will be provided. No sales involved.
We will contact you if you appear to be the right fit for this project, so be sure to include your name and the phone number where we can reach you after 5pm.
You may qualify based on your answers to the following questions.
1. May I please have your age and gender? ________________
2. May I please have your child’s age, grade and gender? ___________
3. Do your child participate in any of the following activities:
a. Organized team sports (soccer, basketball, soft/baseball, etc)
b. Individual sport (tennis, martial arts, gymnastics)
c. Dance
d. Music
e. Art or arts and crafts
f. Other structured, regular physical activity
4. If yes to any of the above, which activity does your child participate in, and is it seasonal or year round? ______________________
