A major manufacturer of consumer products is interested in your opinions.
The questions will only take 5 minutes of your time. When you complete the survey, your name will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win one of over 100 prizes worth a total of $10,000.
You may then be asked to participate in a home usage test. If selected we will advise by e-mail when you will receive the product. Then, after you complete home usage phase of the study and the study closes, we will mail you $15 in appreciation of your participation. Please note that not all will be asked to participate.
