I hadn't logged onto Instant Cash Sweepstakes for probably a week now, but just did and noticed I won the $50 daily lottery drawing 4 days ago. Woohoo!! Hmmm pay bills or splurge?

Thanks y'all. It looks like splurge wins. But it's still hard for me not to use it for bills. LOL
The nice part is, ICS changed the way they pay through PayPal and I wasn't charged a fee this time. I wrote a little more about it in the ICS thread.
Might take my boy out to eat. There's a book written by a UFC fighter who's from around here that I've been wanting, so maybe I'll get that too.

Sounds like a great plan! Sometimes.. you just have to splurge and have fun.. remember we work to live.. we don't live to work.. Use it to create a fun memory for you and your boy! The bills will still be there tomorrow!

I agree with everybody about splurging. My husband and I are always on a tight budget, but every once in awhile you have to splurge, ( in moderation!) because if you don't then life can get too depressing! Congrats and enjoy!!

I did order the book yesterday. All the book stores in my area were out of stock, so I ordered it on eBay and got it for half the price. But I went grocery shopping too and unintentionally spent twice as much as I normally do. Don't know what happened. My son was with me & he asked for a few things, but I didn't expect it to be that much over. So unfortunately at least part of the $50 winnings is going to have to go towards groceries. Once again, being practical wins again.
