I'm trying to build a new blog with WordPress and to tell you the truth I'm having a lot of problems. I picked a theme that I thought would work for me but I found some things I wanted to change. When I went to WP forum to look for other people having same problem the answer always seems to involve changing the html code on the CSS sheet. I'm also trying to use an FTP but for some reason my content won't load on my site, so I've been cutting and pasting my post.
There has to be an easier way. I'm so frustrated I thought I'd ask everyone here before I invest to much time and effort for recommendations or advise on how to proceed.
I hope this is the right spot to post this.

I am getting ready to use mad moose hosting for a blog, they set everything up fo you so you don't have to much to worry about. To me they are one of the best for blogs, and for forums. I have to forums through them already I am also getting ready to start placing ads on my forums, which MMh makes easy to do.

Sorry I missed this before.. I am loving wordpress but it does take some time to figure it out.
For the html on blogger you used to be able to just go to the template and insert the html where you needed it to go. In Wordpress you need to know where you want it to go.. so for instance if it is going in the header go to the page that deals with only the header. (if you need more help with this let me know and I will walk you through it)
The only time you need to use FTP is to upload a specific file or maybe a new template. If you are uploading a plugin just go to plugins on your admin page and then at the top you will find an upload button MUCH easier.. I tried to do it all through FTP and it was annoying.
I haven't heard of Mad Moose.. will have to check it out! Thanks!
