Hi there. I'm 41 years old with 3 children ages 18, 11 and 2. I'm in the final stages of divorce holding things together the best I can with child support and food stamps temporarily. My 2 yr old daughter has some medical problems and I've needed to stay home with her plus WANTING to stay home with her through these early years. I'm looking for some kind of online stay at home work now that I finally got finances up a bit to get internet again after 5 years without. I'm not looking for phone jobs. I have no idea yet where to start so I figured the best thing to do was to introduce myself and see where things go.

Welcome to the forum! Your story sounds so familiar.. I remember myself being there not too long ago but really didn't know where to start.

In all honesty, if you want a "job" phone work is the way to go. Otherwise, look at all the business opportunities.. selling on ebay, writing, etc. There is also transcription which doesn't require phone work. These are the times I wish I could say "go here and get a job"..

The reality is that you need to keep your common sense about you right now so you don't get taken in. Check out the job listings here and at workathomespace.com and if those aren't panning out look at the legit businesses available. Either way, I hope we get to hear about what you are doing and we are all here for support!
