I am currently looking for someone to make telephone mystery shops from their home. This person would be calling a self storage business posing as a customer, ask questions about their product, and record the call digitally via their computer. Afterwards, you would email me the call for evaluation.
What you would need: - Computer with a sound card - Some Skype experience a plus (but not required) - Some computer skills (to be able to email MP3's, how to install Skype on your computer, etc.) - Broadband connection (i.e. dsl or cable) - A quiet environment to make the call - A computer (phone) headset - Able to make calls from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm PT (Pacific time-zone)
What you would be doing: - Record calls digitally as MP3's and emailing each individual call.
- I will provide you with Skype minutes to make the calls, training, and any other miscellaneous software required to record the calls. This position is currently part-time (about 18-25 calls every other month). Pay is $2.50 per call (average call is 5 minutes in length). A big plus is if you have any experience any storage rental experience (not required)
A big plus is having Excel and Excel experience-this could lead to having more work available to you.
