The final rankings aren't out yet, but the top ten should be: 1. Alabama 13-0 2. Texas 13-0 3. TCU 12-0 4. Cincinnati 12-0 5. BSU 13-0 6. Florida 12-1 7. Oregon 10-2 8. Ohio State 10-2 9. Iowa 10-2 10. Penn State 10-2 So why isn't there a National Championship bracket for Football like there is for Basketball? Money, plain and simple! You can get many more fans to attend multiple bowls, than you can with a playoff schedule. For the bowls, fans will arrive a week before and start spending money, while a playoffs will only benefit a few conferences. With the bowl system, after all the games are through, there can be at least 3 undefeated teams this year. I think that they should schedule a playoffs of undefeated teams (if any), after the bowls are through, to determine the One (1) undefeated (or best record) team in the Nation. As I predicted earlier this year, even though the Big 10 beat itself up, it ended up with 3 teams in the top ten. As for BSU, are they going to play TCU again? Once again money comes into the picture, because: The big bowls don't want to invite a 'little' school that won't have the same amount of of fans coming into town to spend lots of money; like Florida, who has lost one game, but has a lot more fans. So in the interest of making money, Florida will go to a bigger bowl than BSU - just watch.

You are pretty much right-it all comes down to$
I watched the Texas/Nebraska game last night and I was really pulling for Nebraska-not that I care about them, I just wanted to see the turmoil created by a Texas loss. ;D
It will really suck if BSU and TCU get matched up in a bowl game >:(I want to see both these teams get matched up with a BCS conference and kick their butts. BSU/Florida would be interesting.

Well it sucks.. BSU and TCU will be playing in the Fiesta Bowl. BSU still stayed ranked at 6 although I like Louis #5 prediction better. The last Fiesta Bowl we were the underdogs and still beat OK.. Im sure we will be the underdogs again and if we win and DON'T get moved out of the WAC Im not going to be a happy camper. It will really suck if BSU and TCU get matched up in a bowl game >:(I want to see both these teams get matched up with a BCS conference and kick their butts. BSU/Florida would be interesting.

Hmmm... Earlier this year, Iowa beat Iowa State 35-3, but then Iowa also won against Minnesota 12-0. Iowa State's record is 6-6 and Minnesota's record is also 6-6; but four of those losses were against teams in the Top 25.
Go with Minnesota...
