We had an appraiser come today to appraise our house and we need this refi bad or we are helpless.

Please pray that we get the value needed. I know values have gone down, but we put in a lot of money this month to get the roof trim painted like our mortgage loan advisor told us to do and I spent hours cleaning the walls since we cannot afford a paint job on the inside as well. I also cleaned a lot.

All your help will be so appreciated. I am having so much nervousness despite the fact that the mortgage loan officer is saying he will take care of it and he will get it for us.

Thanks motherofthreekids and Cindy. I am so afraid of foreclosure if we don't get this and then what will happen to our cat? If we get this, I can be free from worries and work at home full time.
