Every state has a consumer fraud department. Just look it up and get the toll free number. They send you forms to fill out. I was a victim of cash gifting last year. I didn't take from anyone. I gave and later realized I was duped and that it is illegal. I then found the number and phone number for my state. I will fill it out and send it back. I heard you can get your cash gifting monies back if you were a victim of this.
I was also duped last weekend by this individual who advertised in the local job ads about a job where you earn 500 a week. I emailed them and they told me it is 20 dollars a week for the training kit. I sent them the twenty and they sent me an email simply telling me I place ads like they did and charge the same fee they did and that it is the money I make once I get paid. Now it seems like a pyramid scheme to me so this person at the toll free number is sending me two forms.
