I like bacon.
Sometimes, on a Saturday I have it with breakfast. I usually make extra and refrigerate it. Makes it easy to have some during the week, just pop it in the toaster oven while you are buttering your toast and it reheats in a jiffy.
I discovered you can wrap it up in a napkin, put it in a baggie and take it with you. Great for a quick, meaty snack while you wait in line at the DMV or sit through church.
OK, just kidding about church. ;D

be careful to position the bacon so it doesn't directly drip on the heating element.
also, you really should wipe up the dripped bacon grease, if there is any
but it only takes a really short time to heat it up. if the toaster oven is hot from just making toast, the carry over heat is enough to bring the bacon back to a sizzle. i usually catch it before it gets to the point where it would start dripping. and since the oven is actually off, if a drop lands on the heating element it doesn't usually cause a problem.
i line the bottom tray with aluminum foil so it's easy to wipe off or replace, as need be
