I like Flo, too.
I read her audition was some sort of loose, improv sort of thing. They liked her 'waitress' character. Looks like they've tried to capture that spontaneity in the commercials themselves.
And I loved the 'big ol' tricked out nametag' tagline, too. I'm so thankful they didn't beat that line into the ground in the subsequent commercials... I hate it when they over do the same stupid line over and over and over (are you reading this, GEICO?)
kudos, too, to the FreeCreditReport.com commercials. they Pirate guy and his crew have morphed into several incarnations, and, thankfully, they updated the music and lyrics (somewhat) for each installment. very considerate!

I guess I would agree with OC on being intrigued by Flo, the brunette blond cheerleader! The Spousal Unit says she likes her as a spokesperson too.
