...Now, as far as a new front man for Queen, I always thought Michael Johns (see AI6) would do well, but Adam Lambert is much more flamboyant (part of why there was an anti-Lambert movement this year) and would fill the role nicely... In an interview with Rolling Stone, Brian May (Queen guitarist) said that he and Roger Taylor (Queen Drummer) would like to have a 'meaningful conversation' with Glambert (media term for someone who mutilates Johnny Cash songs). Last night on Larry King, Adam stated Queen asked him to come out and sing with them periodically, but nothing permanent. He would have to fit it in with the AI 8 Summer Tour and his work on a solo album. OK people, weigh in on this one!

I think that it would be a good fit. Obviously no one will be able to fill the shoes of Freddie Mercury but Lambert would be a good substitute. (Hopefully, he will take care of himself and not suffer the same fate as Mercury!) I can remember when I first heard A Night at the Opera back in 1976, liked it then and still like it now. Too many good musicans have died waaaaaay to early.
