Hello everyone,
I'll be doing some mystery shopping soon but don't really have an idea how it feels like. It will be my first time and I appreciate if anyone could share some advice or experience about mystery shopping.
Any mystery shoppers out there?

The first time you will probably be a little nervous. A lot depends on the type of shop.
The biggest tips I can think of are to stay calm and don't give yourself away. Leave your notepad and such in the car and out of sight. Do not write down your notes or fill out your forms in the parking lot. Take the time to drive away to somewhere else.

Make sure you read and understand all the instructions that you are sopose to do. Read it at least 2 or 3 times to make sure you have a good grasp of what you need to acomplish. This way when you start the shop and become nervous you will still be able to accomplish all the task's that you were sopose to. Ie the name of the person hair color age was she/he wearing glass's. Height etc.
