ok i am currently at my mom's house but am getting ready to move in about 2 months

should i just wait and sign up for the mystery shopping then or is there a way that i can sign up and transfer when i move?

You can always change your profile information. If you want to do shops before two months from now I would sign up with the different companies. Usually there is a place on a companies web site for your profile, or this contact info. for the scheduler who you can tell your new address.
