I got a nice little $5 check from the good people at Opinion Outpost. This was also the week my honeymoon with survey taking ended. I haven't given up on surveys, but I'm going to be WAY more selective from now on. I had a couple insanely long surveys last week, one of which DQd me after more than an hour of tediously filling out a minute by minute accounting of a whole week's daily activities (they asked not only what your main activity was each hour of the day, but also what secondary or tertiary activities you were doing at the same time...it was incredibly detailed). I complained and got no response from Palm Research at all. The previous week I had a similar experience with a survey I got through Daily Survey Panel. When I complained that I had been DQd _after_ fully completing the survey, DSP responded that even though it wasn't actually their survey they would credit me 120 points anyway. Now, that's good customer service. I like Palm because it's a buck a survey. But from now on, I'm going to be very selective in any work I do for them. I certainly will pull the plug way before an hour on any but the most interesting surveys they offer. I'm not investing that much of my time with a company that won't even respond to my email.

I continue to sell my old DVD's and CD's on Amazon. Last week I made about $25.00. I also got a $10 check from Memolink. I belong to My Points too and have gotten enough points through buying on line to get a $125 Walmart gift certificate. It's pretty easy to rack up points through them if you shop on line - but MyPoints pays through gift certs (hundreds of choices). I agree with crimsulent about the surveys - I've been doing them for 2 years. They take up so much time and the rewards are minimal. I will continue with only 2 for now - MySurvey.com (when they send emails they're serious - even if it's only for 10 points, but I've never gotten bumped out) and Opinion Outpost. Their survey points build up fast but I won't do the OTX surveys because I never have qualified for any. But I can qualify for most of the others on Opinion Outpost.

Yesterday I recieved a check for $50.00 from Global Market. It took me over a year and a half to finally cash out with them. But that's ok. $50.00 is alot of money. I just don't get to many from them. I also go a check for $13.00 from Mindfield. Not a bad week for me.

Seriously! I'm about to cash out my next Global Test, I'm at 765 points, so I figure two more weeks I'll be able to get my next fifty from them. I've been really putting a lot of effort into their surveys recently cuz I love the big checks. I've cashed out once already for $70 a couple months ago.
Opinion is sending me about $10 a week, which feels good.
