I would call Walmarts corp and complain.. their policy says they accept IP's. Wal-Mart accepts the following types of coupons (see guidelines below): Manufacturer coupons (Cents Off) Free merchandise (or manufacturer's Buy-One-Get-One-Free) coupons Store coupons Pharmacy (Advertising and Promotional) coupons Internet coupons Soft drink container caps The following are guidelines and limits: Wal-Mart only accepts coupons for merchandise we sell and only when presented at the time of purchase. Coupons should have an expiration date and be presented within the valid dates. Wal-Mart will not accept expired coupons. Internet coupons should be legible and say "Manufacturer Coupon." There should be a valid remit address for the manufacturer and a scannable bar code. Only one coupon per item is permitted. Use of 40 or more coupons per transaction will require approval by Customer Service Manager. walmartstores.com/7655.aspxI don't know anything about Lucky stores.. We don't have those. I never have a problem with IP's at Albertsons or Walgreens

Absolutely call corporate for Walmart. You WILL get an apology and the manager will get a reaming. I always keep a copy in my wallet, if you have a cell phone and it happens again- call right then and there, it will be fixed before you walk out the door.

Really, I never use internet coupons at Walmart because I didn't think they accepted them either. I could have saved a lot of money. Thanks for the information.

the only catch on IPs is their policy states cents off IPs so you may not be able to use Free product IPs, sometimes mine will take them, sometimes not. They keep a list of fraud ones by the registers but if you are using a reputable site like coupons.com or smart source, or even company websites you should have no issues as the #s will be different... pdf ones are sketchy because there is no way to enforce a print limit.

I went shopping last Saturday at Walmart and they refused one of my coupons I had printed off the internet because it was one that needed to be sent to Del Rio for them to be reimbursed. The cashier said they no longer take those because Del Rio wasn't reimbursing them. I went across the street and used it at my local Dillon's (Kroger) store and they took it and didn't even look at it. Has anyone else had this happen?
