Honey Glazed Corn Bread Recipe
1/2 c. whole wheat flour 1/2 c. white flour 1 c. yellow ground cornmeal 1/4 c. granulated sugar 4 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt 2 eggs 1 c. milk 1/4 c. corn oil 1/2 c. corn kernels honey
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Stir together flours, cornmeal, sugar, baking owder and a pinch of salt. Add eggs, milk, oil and corn. Stir until smooth and pour into a greased 9x9x2 inch pan. Bake for 20 minutes or until done. When slightly cooled, drizzle the honey over the top and serve with warm butter.
