2 flutes sourdough bread 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 pound of butter, softened 4 ounce can of diced green chilies 1/4 pound shredded jack cheese 1/4 pound shredded cheddar cheese 1 clove of garlic, crushed
Slice the bread. In a mixing bowl, combine the butter, chilies, mayonnaise and garlic. Spread on bread and broil until lightly browned. Serve hot.
