2 skinless, boneless chicken breasts 3 tablespoons chicken broth 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoons, low sodium soy sauce 1 1/2 teaspoons brown sugar 1 garlic clove, minced 1 teaspoons dried parsley flakes 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon drive oregano 1 cup hot cooked rice
Place chicken in casserole dish. In small bowl mix together the chicken broth, water, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, parsley, ginger and oregano. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees, covered. Cook about 35 minutes. Serve with 1/2 cup rice.
2 servings at 290 calories each.

Chicken is a big main stay of my meat intake so any way to reve it up it nice, Thank you. I am just starting to use more spices in my cooking, nothing to hot but I am trying to experiment a bit.
