I found this site entirely by accident just a few days ago. When I scrolled down and found out there was a recipe section, I was super happy! I love cooking and baking and reading recipes!
Man, this site has TONS of great stuff!
OK, if you like your brownies all fudgy and moist to the point of wetness, check out this recipe by Gayle Gand.
1/2 cup unsalted butter 2 ounces unsweetened chocolate 2 large eggs 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/8 tsp. salt 1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat over to 350 F
Melt butter and chocolate, stirring together over very low heat. When just melted, remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well, then stir in flour and salt. Add nuts. Spread mixture into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
Bake until set, about 23 minutes. Ovens vary, so toothpick test it.
Not only are these brownies tasty, you don't even get a bowl dirty. Everything goes right in the pan you melt the butter and chocolate in. They're so easy to make, you can whip them up in no time flat for a nice dessert!

Thanks for sharing this. I love homemade brownies. I usually leave out the nuts though.

We went to a luncheon today. There were 3 or 4 different home made brownies. Each one was unique and quite delicious.
