A quick question. The surveyspot site takes me to the USA site I think. I can only input stats and not provinces.
Do you know where to find the Canada version?

I searched and looked and didn't find anything. The link is for US Canada and UK signups but you are right they only list US states and military.
Did you try skipping the state and putting in your postal code? Maybe that will trigger something?
Let me know if it works or not.
