I didn't know if this was the right place to post this, so please let me know. Has anyone heard of this and if it is a scam?

I don't think it's a scam so much but I really have doubts that the .ws extension is going to be the next biggest thing.. they've been claiming that for quite awhile now but in the real world how many .ws websites do you find?
The only ones I ever see are the ones promoting GDI..

Ok, I gave this a try since a seven day free trial would not hurt. Then I forgot to cancel and I was charged. After a month of not making money, I was frustrated and I even had people who came over. They give out names and IP addies of visitors who came over to the website but it is only seen by the person who has that account. I could not believe that here I have visitors but I make no money. The person who was directly in my upline would not answer my emails nor return my phone calls.
I then went to You Tube and saw many that claimed they were making the money but then Connie brought up a good point I never thought of before....Eureka.......I was not even here to read that until now but let me finish the rest of this.
One person on You Tube had their phone number listed so I phoned them and left a message. Not even ten minutes later, the husband or whoever called back...(it was a woman on the video) and I talked to him. He said he was on the leaderboard too (yes they have those)...this is more of proving Connie's theory. I still was not here yet to read that. Now I know better.
Now here is where it really gets good again...Tissa (yes he is very popular on that site since he is number one there) also runs a people search engine site so without even consulting with you nice honest ladies, I take that up but it does not cost anything so not bad and you are promised to get $125.00 (I may not see that though). I followed his instructions and the next day, Tissa sends me an email telling me that a check will be mailed out. If I get it, I will let you know. Someone who was also in my upline living in Europe also sent me a link to Tissa's story and a lot was learned there and he advertises his People Search engine there. The lady in Europe also told me that Tissa would advertise for me.
Few days later, my credit card declined the monthly charge from GDI. As a result I also lost my people's search engine. I sometimes wonder should I just let this go or change credit cards. If I hear someone from here made money from them, I can go back there.
Sorry so long but I just want to relate my own experience with GDI and PSE.

GDI is a very mixed bag. I do know those that make money with it. They are crazy hard workers and have other streams of income that match into it.
The .ws might take off but I don't think so in any close future. In my opinion GDI is a one trick pony that will be a frustration to most 'newbies'. It is not a scam, as to say, they are a legal operation that does what the terms of service say they do.
Wish I could be of more help.

I tried "GDI" for the [ 7 ] day trial period. It was over for me after [ 24 ] hr(s). I signed-up for the "FREE" [ 7 ] day "TRIAL PERIOD" on April 23. By saturday April 25. I was ( e-mailing ) them back about no-longer interested. They can't get the 10 dollars "sign-up fee". My "Account" was already closed!! So I didn't make anything & "GDI" didn't get anything either. I'd say win-win for everyone.

I just joined this forum and noticed this thread about GDI and even though it's a little old, I decided to add my experience. I joined GDI 3 times, each time being pulled in by a new recruiting scheme. I built my downline to over 60 twice, but the end result was always the same, they fade into the sunset after a while. The only way to keep on the leaderboards is to keep buying ads or get others to buy them for you, like Tissa does.
It's a legitimate program and pays as agreed, but it's like trying to carry milk home in a leaky bucket, that is if you ever learn to get any milk in there to leak out.
Just my experience.
