I've been gone since Dec 26th. During my days away I was eating a lot. Also having desserts most evenings.
On the flip side we walked and walked. I haven't walked that much in a very long time.
When I got home and weighed myself, I was just about the same. Exercise makes such a difference. Just imagine if I hadn't eaten all that extra food and all those desserts. I might have actually lost some weight.

I have been walking for the last three weeks and I know that I'm losing weight because I can feel how much easier things like getting up out of the car are. I can't get a weight scale for home that could measure my weight because I weight 380lbs. But most people never guess that I am actually that heavy I'm six feet tall in my bare feet.

Congrats! It's truly the "little" things that I think keep us going. I can tell the difference between just how my clothes fit and that either keeps me going or motivates me to make changes. (depending on the day). Being six feet tall you certainly need to way more than 150lbs! My SIL is around 5'8 or so.. maybe taller and complains about being around the 200 lb mark.. She is STICK thin! I wish I had some height to fall back on Keep at it and congrats on the progress! Let us know how it's going!
