In the mail I got the mini warm delights. Used one of my gift cards from Mypoints to order a hannah montana comforter for Katie for Christmas and used my saved up amazon gift cards to order dh some presents! yay!

I forgot to post that the spousal unit got the warm mini delights last week.
I received my new RAM today, so I am going to install it and test it out shortly. Then if it works out OK, I will upgrade my system *sigh*. It will take awhile.

I won a $10 Amazon g.c. today from GSB Behavioral Labs (Stanford)! This is the 2nd university lottery I've won this year. Not big bucks but they are usually pretty fun so it's nice to have the bonus of winning!

Oh... wow.... I want a Wii so bad. Congrats! If it turns out you don't like it, I'll take it off your hands. It is Christmas time, ya know, and I don't have any gifts due to no jobs... I did, however, get $4 from ACO today. Hey... every little bit helps, I guess. |

Not much this week. My 12 yo daughter received her first survey PT, a DVD of a new show. She will get $6 after she does the survey and mails back the DVD, she is watching it now. Have to start them young!
I got the Clinique Happy sample, pretty good!

I got the fruit bar coupons from Vocalpoint, a check and that's about it.. I want the Wii, I was going to offer to take it off Louis's hands.. (if he gets it)... but Cassie really deserves it more and she got first dibs..  |

Jenny, The board has many FREE options to pursue from home. Personally, when I first joined this board, I was interested in doing the surveys, I had run into many Internet sites that claimed you could make a lot of money per day doing them, but after researching them, I was always disappointed. This was the first site I found where a list of 'verified' companies, that have paid people, was listed for FREE. The companies have many ways in which they give you incentives, checks, PayPal, Gift Certificates (GC), and Points that can be used towards the aforementioned three, merchandise, and sweepstakes. Sometimes the surveys have a Product Test (PT) attached to them, and they are always interesting to do. The highest paying of all are the Focus Groups, but they don't come often. The qualifications of needed respondents are posted as soon as we hear of them, as well as who to contact. Another place to look is Free or Really Cheap, as many free sample are listed there. Also see its sub-board Freebie Sites. Then I always like to look in Contests, Sweeps, and Instant Win - they are free, quick and easy. The odds of winning anything are not really good, but I figure someone has to win, why not me. The GPT section is for Get Paid To do something; i.e. fill out applications, join a site, etc... I wander around the board a lot, looking at old posts and trying to learn what I can, especially from other peoples' experiences on what is good and what is bad. Just remember to have FUN here!
