Hi All, Hoping all you well educated and experienced online marketing etc...(suck suck) guru's can give me some feedback on this site/company. They state that when becoming a member (bronze, gold, platinum, something like that) and depending on which membership you choose/pay for, you get the choice of 2, 3 and 4 major companies to sell products as an affiliate member. The companies stated are (hope I can name them here) Sony, Ebay, Amazon and can't remember the last. They assist with websites, sales and invoicing etc so supposedly you don't have to do anything on the sales side of things. They seemed like a legit company to me up until I received a call from a rep telling me of the great oppurtunity at hand, he seemed quite genuine up till the point he really pushed for my credit card. Once he realized it was futile trying to get money out of me before I researched more information about them, he practically hung up!!! I got a basic reply at the end to something like "call us when you make up your mind" and that was it which really wasn't a very smart way to finish a call with a client or prosepective client. Sorry for the long post, hopefully ppl here have some constructive feedback for the pros/cons relating to the site. Thanks and chat soon, Scott.

Scott,
You can join affiliate companies free of charge. Go to amazon and join their affiliate program. It's really that simple.
"Assist with websites". Hmm what does that mean? EXACTLY.

Scott, No need to apologize for the length of a post. If it takes a little bit to explain, then by all means do so. If we have questions, we'll probably ask for more information, like Audrey did - but I think she was being sarcastic 'Assist with websites' probably means to overcharge you for help. Audrey was 100% correct in that companies don't charge you to be an affiliate. It wouldn't make sense, as you are generating traffic for their company, not the other way around They must think we are a few Kangaroos loose in the top paddock, Louis

Yep agreed on that one, affiliate programs in vanilla form should be free to join. The one thing I am impressed with though is the checkbox that emphasizes that it's not a job opportunity but an opportunity to set up your own online business. I may end up taking a page from their book and slab it on my site.

Louis, I wasn't being sarcastic. Often when someone is looking into something, they've done some research and I was legitimately asking what "assist with websites" meant. The answer to that question might have helped all of us say with absolute certainity ITS A SCAM. Or had the answer been, "well they charge $100 for web support" then all of us could've answered that this is not a reasonable fee etc. It's hard to respond to something vague. I am sarcastic sometimes, but not this time

Sometimes she says coyly, your just too modest. But you are so smart, those big guy, like Amazon and the like they don't charge for you to help sell there stuff. With so many looking for more money it is getting harder to tell the good guys from the bad.

Sorry Audrey... I had researched it briefly, saw that their website advertised "send me Free Information", but that was overshadowed by the hits I found on the net about the costs that they charge to generate hits to your site, etc... The send me free info seems to be their way of getting contacts to call. Same old story as a lot of Scams out there. The information I had run across about their own website valued at just over $1000 did not impress me, nor did their Quantcast ratings. I would not purchase a program that could NOT generate a lot of traffic to its own site, but that's just me <== liitle bit of sarcasm I thought you knew something about the company and was being sarcastic. My bad. They're worse!
