Hello everyone--My dad just drove himself to the emergency room--he's had some heart trouble in the past. He refused to let me drive him--I'm just waiting at home here with the kids and my mom is at home by herself waiting to hear from the hospital. Just wondered if you could send some good thoughts our way. Thank you so much

Thanks so much. Just talked to my mom--doctors say he's got a blocked artery (he had one in the past and they put in a stent). They don't know yet how much of a blockage, but will be doing more tests tomorrow. Still scared, but good news is they said he DID NOT have a heart attack. They have him hooked up to 'everything' (his words) and he is on nitro for tonight. Going to take my mom up to see him in the morning.

Happy to hear he didn't have a heart attack and got there in time! Will he need another stent? How is he today?
