I'm telling you buy a Wii Fit !!
It tells you what exercises to do, to hit certain target areas. I did 35 min. on it this morning.

I've been thinking of getting one--it looks like a lot of fun. But, I bought a ddr for our playstation and that is just a killer! So, I have to admit I haven't done it that much, actually I did enjoy it, but and I'm sorry if this is TMI but I can't seem to find a bra with good enough support! Jaci

Jaci,
We have a DDR. We love it. We also work out at the gym at least 5 times a week.

I used to have a membership at the gym, but with gas prices the way they are I just can't do it. Nearest gym to us is 25 miles. We have a home gym that I use 3x a week and a treadmill I use 6 days. I don't know why I 'm not losing; it's really kind of upsetting, but I'm not giving up! Jaci

Congrats to all who are losing!!!For those that are struggling the thing that I started 2 weeks ago is write down everything I eat and how many calories. Even if I have 2 of my son's grapes, I write it down. I found "oddly enough" that I wasn't eating enough calories. I was eating about 900 a day. I'm now eating 1200 a day and I've lost 3 lbs in 9 days! I still exercise the same as I was, ate more and I lost weight. Ittook me 3 days to get in the habit ofwriting everything down, butit helps. And then I'm about to eat a donut and I think Hmm I can only eat 400 calories for the rest of the day maybe I'll eat an apple (or half a donut and give the rest to my little one ). I've recently started recording my exercise that Ido as well. I'll see in a week how it's working for me. ANYWAY good luck to everyone!

Mandi,
Journaling is one the best ideas around. Often folks dont' know what they're eating because they do grab a grape here and a cookie there and.....when I began losing weight I gave up my lattes. They are about 200 calories or so. Once I hit the weight I'm at now, I began having them again and with no wieght gain. So...I added 200 calories almost every day to my diet and no negative results. So it is true that sometimes your body can handle more than you're giving it and with positive results.
