I finally am not feeling so exhausted at the end of my 'day' at work, so I called up my friend and asked if there was a way to start walking. I get off work at 7 am and she has to be to work by 8 am. So it works out perfect for us to walk as soon as I get off work. We started walking Mon morning. YAY!! We are not quite at 2 miles, but pretty close...maybe 1 1/2. It wasn't as hard as I thought it'd be to get started again. I've been really tired and sore for the last few days though. But I'm sure I'll get acclamated to it soon. I'm so happy to be walking again. ;D I've missed it. My weight hasn't changed, up or down, since I started work, so I'm hoping that this will be the extra push that I was needing to get over this plateau and start losing again.

That's great Fergui. When I don't work out, I always feel so depressed. Although a lot of work, when I work out, I feel good afterward.
