So I've been dieting for about a month and half and I've lost 10 lbs! YIPEE! I've been working my booty off though! I'm alsotaking alli and I know thats been helping.Idon't take it with every meal only the most fatty one (usually dinner) anyway I've got some great recipes I'll post later. I'll try to post a weekly recipe or something! TTFN and happy and healthy eating!

Thanks Mandi! I've wondered about Alli.. do you experience sickness with it or are you careful to keep your fat content down when you take it to avoid the "bad stuff"

I am curious to hear more about Alli. I know it used to be prescription only and now it's OTC. Please tell us more. :-)

It's just a pill you take with every meal. All this pill does is it stops the fat from being absorbed into your body. Thefat leaves your body. Very neat andeffective. Yes you do have that small side effect. It's worse with others. It also helps you to keep the fat content on a lower level. It takes about 2-3 to get into your system. I just recently got a job so I'm not taking it any longer. I'm working enough at work and I don't have time to eat I bought it to help me get a jump start on my diet. Once I see results I'm fine. And that's where I am now. I'm not losing as much as I was when I was taking the pill, but I'm still losing gotta get on a routine again!
