I'm frustrated, but it's my own fault. For about 3 days now I'm just wanting everything in site. This morning when I weighed myself, I'm up 2 pounds from where I want to be. I know it's from eating out, eating snacks and eating desserts.
It is so much harder to take off two pounds versus putting two pounds on.
I may have to add even more exercise to my routine.

I'm frustrated, I may have to add even more exercise to my routine. Awww. how are you feeling today? I think it's normal for women. Every now and then I want to eat everything in sight and it's so hard. Then when you deny yourself.. it's worse. At those time's I've been trying to give in but within reason. Yesterday I REALLY wanted chocolate... luckily I couldn't find the chocolate raisins but eating 3-4 m&m's and half of a peice of chocolate was good enough. I've had a tough week with being hungry but I have good news too..

I'm doing great...thanks for asking. One of the pounds is now gone.
For chocolate cravings...if you like Snickers bars, but a large one and cut it into bit sized pieces then freeze. Often, one piece if very satisfying. Since it takes so long to chew a frozen Snickers, you have candy in your mouth forever LOL. It's a trick I learned at the Weight Watchers meetings.

I will do that! I love frozen snickers so hopefully I won't convince myself two or three pieces are okay.
