It was absolutely impossible to eat healthy during Passover. I splurged tonight to break passover and went to CPK. I got a white pizza and artichoke and spinach dip.
Tomorrow I start eating extremely healthy and cooking most of my meals. I already started back at the gym today and did 35 minutes on the elliptical for 275 calories. Yay!

Something is wrong. I've lost 2.5 lbs in the last 16 days. Either the scale is broken or I'm crazy in the head LOL. I'm feeling really silly about this post.

But I ate horribly during Passover. How could I have lost 2.5 lbs? Of course it's wonderful I'm just puzzled!

More butter and cheese than usual. More potato chips (and not 100 calorie packs). Lots of eggs. Shouldn't this all add up?
