Have to give myself a big thumbs down. A few months ago I had to set up a "contact us" page in order to get the pinecone banner.. long story but anyway.. I used the katieshugs address which I ONLY use for business purposes, website submissions, etc.. Never gave it a thought until I went into that email today to clean it out..
There were OVER 20 comments and questions through that contact us page for just April! I feel so bad.. I remember being a newbie to the whole wah world and getting so frustrated when I would ask a website owner a question and never hear back.
My only saving grace is that only two people left email addresses so I could get back to them...
I have decided that next week I need to set up a FAQ page and revamp the contact page to include an email address as a requirement.
Bad me...

Connie,
I have to share a story with you. When I started selling Tupperware, I went to town marketing. I did indeed get emails on my personal account. About 2 weeks later, all of a sudden I noticed a button on my Tupperware page. OOPS. I had emails from folks who had visited my site and sent me an email there.
I apologized to those folks, however I was quite embarassed that I never realized I had an email account with Tupperware LOL.
Guess what I train all of my new consultants to do from day one?? Yep...check their emails LOL.

Don't beat yourself up. As long as you contacted the ones you could, not a big deal I think. I'm glad you found them now instead of a few months from now.

I had the same thing happen. microsoft live had issues a week after I set up my website and for months I couldnt get into my email, or fix or update the site. So I was not able to do anything. By the time I was able to get to it I had quite a few questions, and had one tell me they 'thought I was differnt and cared, and was honest, but since I couldnt get back to them in 3 weeks they guess'd not'
oh well... I couldnt do anything. Hell, I couldnt even delete the website. LOL
