ROFL Connie. Connie, do you belong to weight watchers online? You can type in the foods and find out how many points/calories they are.
Eating some chicken and green beans with a small helping of rice really is ok. It's the LARGE helping of rice and egg rolls and won tons that add up the calories.

Of course they do! Im learning that everything I love adds up the calories... Im thinking of trying Brittneys diet.. eat anything I want but only half! ROFL...

Last week I did the treadmill 3 times. Thats was 3 miles. Breakfast is always yogurt & toast w/ OJ. Lunch is always Lean Cuisine. I drink only water & vitamin water. Today I did the treadmill (1mile). I am still getting up early to do it. I had a yogurt and scrambled eggs for breakfast w/ OJ. A Lean Cuisne for lunch. I'm having chicken breasts (skinless) w/ veggies & white rice for dinner. My favs at Panda are string bean chicken, I eat both the string beans and chicken sweet & sour pork. I love the new one they have right now bejing beef.
