It was the most hysterical thing to see them both drinking coffee one saying it's regular and one saying it's decaf ROFL. haha.. So who was right? Fergui have you tried the Lipton Cold Brew iced tea bags? I like them a lot better than instant.

Yeah, connie. I love them, when he was on the road a lot that was all that I used. I would prefer to use bags, but dh doesn't like the brewed taste. He's weird...... LOL

Since he makes the tea on occasion, I'm pretty sure he'd notice that it was full of tea bags. LMAO

Hello... just a few insights in regards to diet pills while I'm browsing. 1) Any "stimulant" product is sure to be based on caffeine, which short term is good and can effectively boost metabolism a bit. However, long term studies show that caffeine is HIGHLY counter-productive! It actually leads to an increase in basal levels of the glucocorticoid family of hormones (most notably from this "family" of steroid hormones is cortisol- aka "king catabolic." 2) Ingredients such as glucamannon, which are labeled as "appetite suppressants," wind up interfering with natural metabolic function and end up leading to a state known as "starvation mode." There is a TON of stuff going on internally that are just plain old no good for business.. but this isn't the place to write it all out lol. Basically, your body sees calorie restriction as a stress and responds by preparing itself to become an efficient fat storer when normal caloric consumption resumes. It's nowhere NEAR as simple as "calories in versus calories out!" 3) Another scary thing about stimulants: recent studies have come out that indicate many of the ingredients used in such products not only cause the heart to work harder (OBVIOUSLY.. your pulse, blood flow and thus cardiac input are all directly stimulated), but I believe it was the mitral valve that was shown to be weakened over time by prolonged use of said products! Scary stuff! All in all, fat loss is @ 90% nutrition. There are definitely a few supplements that can help, but when it comes down to it, you won't see any of the flashy or fad things on there... just the tried and trues such as Omega 3 Fish Oils, Flax Seed Oil, Udo's Choice Oil, the amino acid L-carnitine...... Hope this helps!
