Uncle Dans

Audrey just had to go and mention the Uncle Dans.. worlds best salad dressing.

Of course as I was putting stuff away last night what do I see? A packet of Uncle Dans just waiting to be used. That is ALL I could think about last night. Im surprised I didn't dream about salad.

I realized.. salad is zero points.. deli turkey and ham.. 6 slices is only a point.. I can have a huge chef salad with Uncle Dans! lol

First thing this morning.. went to the store bought salad stuff and buttermilk.. Now I am enjoying this giant salad!

Obviously I don't get to drown the salad like I normally do but with the veggies, meat and 3 tbls dressing.. 7 pts~

We use non fat mayo and non fat sour cream in the Uncle Dans. I will admit, it's not quite as good as the fuller fat products. So, this is where you get to make some choices. You get to mix it however you want. Non fat mayo but regular sour cream improves the taste. You can also use yogurt to mix it.

Try playing with some different products and see if you can find one that you like.

I'm like you, I love salad swimming in dressing LOL.
