Sure, It was created by Micheal Thurmond. Once you get the program, you go in and answer a few questions. Make sure you answer them very honestly. Once you do that, it tells you what your body type is, I'm a body type B. After that you go to the blueprints, and blueprint what your body looks like (be honest with this too). Once choosing your body type, it gives you a very customized eating plan and workout plan. The goal of the program is losing at least 30 lbs in 6 weeks. They also have a shorter one where you can lose 1 dress size in a week. If you want more information go to www.mybodymakeover.com. It will tell you alot more about the system. It takes alot of work and dedication to stick to the plan, but I believe (and hope) it will be worth it in the end

OK so FINALLY my metabolim kicked in (THANK GOODNESS!!!) I was getting concerned the first week cause well, I didnt lose a thing. I guess mine was really REALLY dead. I got on the scale the other day and had lost five lbs. I starting jumping up and down and yelling. Kids and my mom came running to see what was going on. They all had a good laugh with me! I'm excited about this now, and i just need to learn that i have to get more cardio in. I just need to start doing my Hip Hop abs amd Turbo Jams
