It does... Even though Im not eating much to begin with now when I notice the sigh I actually think about how my stomach feels and even if there are a few bites left I quit.

That's great....glad I could help. I've pointed that little fact out to a lot of people. Most don't even know about it.

Hey kaelynn. Do they tell you a variety of foods to try or is is basically the same thing every other day. Just asking. I haven't checked the website out yet. Oh, I just noticed you are in Waycross. That is where I am from. I live in Douglas now.

Isn't it so much fun when you find out you are from the same place as someone else? I love it!

jdavis, yeah they tell you different foods to eat, like different fish, crab, shrimp, but like I said, it all depends on your body type. The forum is a LIFE SAVER, I was getting a little upset yesterday, but they have a condiment section ( I did not REALIZE how much I depend on those little things) so that I can eat my salad and have dressing (I made catalina and I SWEAR it tastes just like it) and eat a spicy mustard for my chicken. thats pretty cool your from waycross too.

Connie....I had nachos tonight. I've not had them in I don't know how long. Oh my gosh were they good You're just a big meanie aren't you? LOL... How many points do they come out to be? Actually I sort of had some the other night... about 10 small chips with a tablespoon of cheesy queso sauce... Last night for dinner I had a big fat steak taco.. 9 points! But then I realized it was no biggie.. normally I have two with sour cream and guacamole... which I imagine would be 25 points right there... haha... one with no sour cream or guac and I was perfectly happy.. it was sooo good though!

Okay I don't get the sigh thing...I don't sigh? This is from the other thread. You should sigh. I've never met someone that doesn't when they eat. Maybe you aren't eating until you are full or overeating. That's a good thing... lol Your body has a natural signal for you to tell you when you are full or it has had enough every time you eat. No matter what you eat. You will sigh... everyone does it. It may only be a small sigh and you probably won't even notice it if you aren't paying attention and looking for it. But you will sigh every time you eat. That means...YOU ARE DONE! Now I push my plate away every time I do. Even if my plate's not empty.

The sigh can also be VERY slight... kind of like taking a bigger breath before the next bite. So it can be easy to miss... Once you start watching for it.... she's right.. it's there...
Here is my plan for the next couple of weeks... Starting Monday for two weeks: Walk 30 mins everyday, keep at the 21-29 point level...
The next two weeks Im going to bump up to 45 mins a day and drop the points to no more than 25 a day.
Following two weeks: Walk 1 hr a day and no more than 23 pts a day
Im going to try to base it more on the excerise than worrying about the points. I seem to do pretty well with the 21-29 pts a day range.

Great goals Connie. I have no idea how many points they were. My guess is about 50 LOL. Tonight I had a piece of chicken, corn and a small helping of mashes potatoes. That's it!!!

Im splurging.. I haven't eaten all day.. I was at work and we had a tourney so I did have half a donut.. (bad) and a piece of bacon (bad).. but that's it.. it's dinner time and I sent dh down for a centennial burger (LOVE them!).. Im sure they are very very very bad so we are splitting it and of course I won't be able to say no to a couple of fries... Im sure I burned a few thousand calories today so Im not going to feel bad about half a burger... lol

What did you do to burn the calories Connie?

We had a tourney at the golf course.. it was non-stop running (okay walking fast), bending, lifting, etc.
I didn't get my hamburger.. dh got there and they were CLOSED.. I hope it's not a permanent thing.. that is my favorite hamburger stand and the centennial is my favorite burger, plus they have the BEST fry sauce in town.. (bad I know)...
So I ended up having half a big n tasty from mcdonalds.. not as much fun.
