Ok I don't have a lot of extra time so it only makes sence that I should try and do one more thing right?
I have been thinking about starting up selling on e-bay but I'm feeling really intimidated... Do you all have tips for how to get started?

First, read a lot. I jumped right in and had to learn a few things the hard way but it was okay. Could have saved some money if I had taken the time. When you are setting up your items, skip most of the "pretty" stuff like backgrounds etc. You WILL want to show a picture of your item in the gallery. More people will be willing to click on it if you have a picture. RESEARCH.. look to see what the same item is selling for so you will have a good idea of where to start. Don't overcharge for shipping. If an item will fit in a fixed rate box which ships for around $7 and the buyer is charging $15 for shipping I won't even think of bidding on it. If you need to make sure you get a certain amount of money make your starting bid higher. Use keywords in your title. This can make a world of difference. Think about what people are looking for. For instance if you are selling a girls dress and it is a size 2, you won't want to just put "Pretty Pink Dress" as the title. Most people will search for "girls size 2" or "size 2 dress" etc. Whew! That's all I can think of so far. I will post more if I think of anything else that is important. Good luck! Let us know when your items are up
