I bought a set of records on ebay December 6th. They were shipped the 14th, and I still haven't gotten them. Should I contact the seller, or wait a few more days?

Do you know how they were shipped? If it was priority or UPS I would contact the seller. If it was parcel post I would wait until tue-wed.

I would wait. It's the Christmas holidays. eBay has a warning about that in everyone's auction. It says 'Sellers are not responsible for transit time". I've always waited about a month before contacting a seller, and then I've noticed that it's very rare for them to respond. It's out of a seller's hands after they ship it unless you have insurance. What was his excuse for taking so long to ship it anyway?

Well, they never responded. But I DID get the records yesterday. Thank goodness. [/b]
