Heres a good use for your leftover rolls and such from Thanksgiving! I have a whole bag so I think I will make this tonight:
Bread Pudding ------------- Stale bread cubes 1/2 stick melted butter 2 C milk 5 eggs 3/4 C sugar Vanilla Raisins
Pour melted butter over about 7-8 slices worth of cubed bread in a 9x9 pan. In another bowl whisk the rest of the ingredients and pour over the bread. Make sure all the bread is soaked in the egg mix. Bake @ 350 for about 45 minutes- check for doneness.
