Hey,
Does anyone know what would happen if you take a banana nut bread mix that needs 2 eggs & you don't put eggs in it? I have a craving for warm banana nut bread, and have the mix just no eggs and it is too late to run out just for that.
Thanks, Claye

Ok, I now know! If you add a little extra water and oil, it taste good, might not be as good as it would with eggs, but good just the same!

Thats good to know. Kinda of like a frugal tip. I took home ec in school and I still don't know what role eggs play except for binding but if the bread didn't fall apart? Yummy.. I love banana bread.

My Mummy makes the best banana bread (and pumpkin bread) and I don't even like bananas. [/b]

Don't forget zucchini! I love that zucchini bread. I don't think I spelled it right though.
