#002# Hi, New to the board and world of taking online surveys. I have read through many posts and there is so much good information to help. I have already joined up at 6: Lightsweep NFO IPSOS-I say NPDOR Survay Savvy The thing is I would like to have an idea which of the others on Connie's excellent list and updates that pay cash and/or allow cash out in a minimum of time? I rescue stray cats and my husband and I feed 13(often more) each night around the city. We also have 7 permanent kitties at home and a few temps while trying to find homes. His job has cut back on o.t. and that has hurt our ability to keep up our passion to help the cats. So while I know taking surveys is not a huge money maker, still if I could determine which ones do pay, however much I would concentrate on those. I am not interested in prizes or even points unless they could be converted. Any help with this would be much appreciated...thanks, Kislanya

Hi Kislanya...welcome! Something you need to remember is that your demographics are going to really determine how well you do with a certain company. Just because someone did great with a company, doesn't mean that you will also. But there are some companies that I've found are better overall than others. I only started doing surveys in February, so I thought I'd let you know what I've actually received money from so far:
Pinecone is the absolute best, but you can't join unless you find their banner. If you see their banner, join immediately!! I've made about $40 from them so far.
I've received small checks from Your 2 cents, Esearch, and I think inc.
Survey spot is better than what it appears. Although a lot of theirs is sweepstakes, I managed to get into an interactive survey with them earlier this week that paid $25. I also have had some $2 - 5 paying surveys with them that I haven't cashed in yet. I also get product tests (pt's) with some of the sweeps surveys.
Greenfield is the similar to survey spot...a lot of sweeps, but I've gotten into some pt's with them by taking the sweeps surveys. I also have a small amount in my account that I haven't cashed in yet.
Taking surveys with Stanford and Testspin can also be profittable by earning Amazon GC's. Although this isn't cash, I've found it just as good because I use the GC's to buy things I normally would have used cash on. I never buy anything that I wouldn't have bought if I didn't have the GC. I've earned $35 in GC's so far from these 2. (Maybe you can find things for your kitties at Amazon!) I also earned a $10 Amazon GC from Baker Street and Lightspeed.
Global Test Market might appear to be a waste at first, because you usually earn points slowly, but they always give you at least 5 points even if you don't qualify for a survey. Once you've hit 1000 points, you get a $50 check. I'm about 1/2 way there right now.
I've also recently started to accumulate points with Opinion Outpost . They pay out at $5.
Hope this helps a little!

Hi, Gee our names are very similiar:) although mine is Hungarian and loosely translated means 'little girl' of which I am neither:)
Anyway your information is wonderful and helped me to add to my list, the gc's are fine. I can always get cat food and supplies that way too.
I notice you use the term 'sweeps' a few times. what does that mean? I attached a photo of just a small group of kitties we feed in one spot each night. there are 3 more places to go before we return home....Kislanya
