I admit, I've gained weight. This is it, no more!! I need to lose this weight. Yes I tell myself ok eat healthy, exercise etc. But I think it comes d comes down to WHY I eat. Here it is the honest truth; food is there for me when no one else is food never says not tonight dear food takes my worries away food doesn't blame me for a rotten childhood food doesn't get mad at me food always has time for ME food never works late
I need to think differently. Food isn't my friend.
So why do you eat ?

I have to confess... Food is NOT my downfall.. pepsi and jim beam are.. and for all the same reasons you list. I can give it all up for a few days but then... well the same as food.. It makes us feel better.. The reality is that we are supposed to make ourselves feel better and that's all well and good in theory... but come on.. I don't have that much time! I have kids to take care of.. a house to take care of... dinner to cook.. laundry to be done... etc. etc. etc I KNOW that is screwed up thinking but it's all I have tonight..
